The main goal with GetChorus.com was to build something separate from my music and beat website, The CorporateThief Beats. I wanted a dedicated space focused entirely on songwriting and rap lyricism a place for artists to learn how to write rap lyrics, improve their songwriting, and gain the confidence to keep creating.
Writing songs isn’t a one-and-done process it’s a craft. Over the years, I’ve come to see rappers and songwriters, myself included, as sculptors.
All it takes is that initial spark of inspiration a few bars, a single idea and with time and effort, you can shape it into something truly special. That’s the philosophy behind GetChorus.com: to help you find that spark and give you the tools to refine it into great rap songs.

Through my experience running The CorporateThief Beats, I had countless conversations with rappers who struggled to keep going.
Many were held back by fear and perfectionism — afraid to write, because as long as they didn’t, they could still tell themselves they were rappers.
But creativity doesn’t thrive on fear; it grows through doing. Rap Writer’s block often comes from worrying that a verse isn’t perfect. The truth is, it’s not supposed to be. It’s about capturing a moment in time and then shaping it into something meaningful.
